The static and dynamic characteristics analysis of 14 t friction welding machine

  • 摘要: 以14 t连续驱动摩擦焊机整机为研究对象, 建立了用于有限元分析的简化模型, 对摩擦焊机整机进行了静动态特性分析。在静态特性分析中, 对摩擦焊机受自重状态、摩擦加工阶段、顶锻加工阶段以及切削加工阶段等不同工况下的整机刚度、强度进行了校核, 确定了焊机切削状态下刚度的薄弱位置, 为焊件切削加工工艺参数的制定提供理论参考。在动态特性研究中, 首先基于Block Lanczos特征提取法求解了整机前6阶固有频率, 对焊机各阶振型进行了描述, 通过与临界转速对比后, 对摩擦焊机整机设计的安全性进行了校验。并基于其模态求解结果, 对摩擦焊机进行了谐响应分析, 得到了在切削力激励作用下床身与切削系统的频率响应特性。

     

    Abstract: Taking the 14 t continuous drive friction welding machine as the research object, a simplified model for finite element analysis was established and the static and dynamic characteristics of friction welder are analyzed. In the static characteristic analysis, the stiffness and strength of the whole machine under different working conditions such as self-weight state, friction processing stage, upsetting processing stage and cutting processing stage were checked, the weak position of the welder in the cutting state was found, which provided a theoretical reference for the development of the welding process parameters. In the study of dynamic characteristics, the first six natural frequencies of the whole machine are solved based on Block Lanczos feature extraction method, and all modes of the welder are described. After comparing with the critical speed, the safety of the friction welder in the whole machine design is verified. Based on the modal solution results, the harmonic response analysis of the friction welder was carried out, and the frequency response characteristics of the bed and the cutting system under the action of cutting force excitation were obtained.
