大轴径带表卡规设计及误差分析

Design and error analysis of large shaft diameter gauge

  • 摘要: 在汽车制造业中重型汽车差速器外壳轴不仅尺寸大, 还要求有很高的测量精度和测量效率。国内现有的大尺寸带表卡规仅仅用来测量内孔, 无法测量外径。为满足重型汽车大尺寸轴的检测需求, 设计了一种新型带表大轴径测量卡规。创新采用滑动V型块设计, 可快速调整测量轴的轴线位置。此外百分表采用分体结构, 固定在滑动V型块上, 可根据轴径大小调整该带表卡规的测量值。从而实现了重型汽车差速器外壳的大轴径测量。该结构定位简单可靠, 在大批量生产中测量效率高。通过对该带表卡规进行不确定度分析, 得到其扩展不确定误差为0.007 mm。经过实际应用, 该大轴径带表卡规测量精度高, 能够满足工业现场的使用要求。

     

    Abstract: In the automotive industry, heavy-duty automotive differential housing shafts are not only large in size, but also require high measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency. The existing large-size gauge calipers in China are only used to measure the inner hole and cannot measure the outer diameter. In order to meet the inspection requirements of large-size axles for heavy-duty vehicles, a new type of large-diameter measuring calipers with gauges was designed. The innovative slide-type V-block design quickly adjusts the axial position of the measuring shaft. In addition, the dial indicator adopts a split structure and is fixed on the sliding V-shaped block, and the measured value of the gauge caliper can be adjusted according to the shaft diameter. This results in a large shaft diameter measurement of the heavy-duty vehicle differential housing. The structure is simple and reliable in positioning, and the measurement efficiency is high in mass production. At the same time, the uncertainty analysis of the gauge is carried out, and the extended uncertainty is 0.007mm. After practical application, the large shaft diameter gauge has a high measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements of industrial site measuring.
