焊接结构立式加工中心动静特性分析
Analysis of dynamic and static characteristics of welded structure for vertical machining center

摘要: 立式加工中心是现代数控加工中心的重要组成部分, 其床身多采用结构稳定性较好的铸铁整体铸造成型。随着机床向小批量定制化发展, 焊接结构的立式加工中心开始在成形机床中应用。然而, 由于封闭的薄钢板结构容易产生颤振现象, 因此, 在精度要求较高的立式加工中心中焊接结构的应用尚不广泛。创新设计了管-板复合的立式加工中心, 利用ANSYS workbench对焊接结构的静力学和模态进行了分析。结果表明, 管-板复合的焊接结构立式加工中心具有良好的刚度, 可以有效避免薄壁颤振现象, 为焊接结构加工中心的设计提供了新方法。Abstract: Vertical machining center is one kind of advanced CNC machining center. The whole casting iron structures have been used for a long time because of the stability. With the development of machine tools towards customer tailor and small-scale manufacturing the welded structures have been gradually applied into forming machine tools. However, the application of welded structures in vertical machining centers with high accuracy is not widespread exists because of thin-wall chattering. In this paper, an innovative design of the tube-plate combination is proposed for the vertical machining center. The static mechanics and modal analysis of the welded structure of vertical machining center is performed by using ANSYS workbench. The results show that the welded structure has good rigidity and can effectively avoid thin-wall chattering. It provides a new method for the design of welded structure of machining centers.
