基于重叠率指标的机器人加工中心布局优化

Layout optimization of robot machining center based on overlap rate

  • 摘要: 采用多机器人加工中心对汽车仪表台进行修切加工, 可以提高加工质量和效率。根据多机器人加工中心的工作特点, 简化了工作空间, 并根据机器人加工时的姿态要求, 求解出有效工作空间。提出了以工作空间在目标区域的重叠率为评价指标, 完成对多机器人加工中心的布局优化。优化结果表明: 重叠率由33.5%提升至76.3%, 加工效率提升20.7%, 充分证明了该方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The quality and efficiency of cutting car dashboards can be improved by using robot machining center. This paper simplified the workspace, and solved the effective workspace according to the pose of robots and the working characteristics of the robot machining center. The overlap rate of workspace in the target area was taken as the evaluation index to optimize the layout of the robot machining center. The result showed that the overlap rate was increased from 33.5% to 76.3%, and the efficiency was increased by 20.7%, which fully proved the effectiveness of the method.
