  • 摘要: 从数控系统的发展角度分析了面向服务及智能化的新需求, 提出了一种面向制造场景由应用驱动的智能数控系统架构, 解决了现代数控系统开放化、复合化、智能化和服务化的新痛点。介绍了其中最核心的基础组件和构成, 对架构实现的基本要点进行分析和论证。基于此架构可实现一套开放的智能数控基础平台, 提供统一且开放的智能数控应用开发平台, 将极大地推动智能数控系统的研究和发展。

     

    Abstract: From the perspective of the development of CNC systems, the new requirements of service-oriented and intelligence are analyzed, and an intelligent CNC system architecture driven by applications for manufacturing scenarios is proposed, which solves the problems of modern CNC systems that are open, complex, intelligent, and service-oriented. Introduce the most core basic components and structure, and analyze and demonstrate the basic points of architecture implementation. Based on this architecture, an open intelligent CNC basic platform can be realized, providing a unified and open intelligent CNC application development platform, which will greatly promote the research and development of intelligent CNC.
