航空零件柔性加工单元应用研究

Research on the application of flexible machining unit for aeronautical parts

  • 摘要: 针对航空制造企业数铣加工现场混线生产中落后的人工上下料现状, 提出了采用AGV自动物流技术、机器人自动上下料技术, 并与制造执行系统(MES)、机床数控系统进行通信, 完成生产任务的接收及数控加工程序的传递, 实现了加工单元针对多种零件的自动化柔性化混线加工, 提高了生产效率。

     

    Abstract: In view of the laggard manual loading and unloading situation in the mixed line production of NC milling in aviation manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forward the adoption of AGV automatic logistics technology and robot automatic loading and unloading technology. And communicate with the manufacturing execution system (MES) and the machine tool numerical control system to complete the receiving of the production task and the transmission of the NC machining program, which realizes the automatic and flexible mixed-line machining of a variety of parts and improves the production efficiency.
