滚珠丝杠副热误差检测与预拉伸的研究

Research on thermal error measurement and pre-stretching of ball screw units

  • 摘要: 滚珠丝杠副是数控机床的关键部件, 运行时由于温升产生热误差, 影响机床的定位精度。对某型数控车床X轴的温升和定位误差进行检测。通过理论分析和计算, 确定预拉伸量和预拉伸力矩, 设计了预拉伸滚珠丝杠支承结构。最后进行温升和定位误差检测, 并进行工件加工试验, 证明预拉伸方法可行。

     

    Abstract: Ball screw units is the key component of CNC machine tool. The thermal error caused by temperature rise during operation affects the positioning accuracy of machine tool. In this paper, the temperature rise and positioning error of X-axis of a CNC lathe are measured. Through theoretical analysis and calculation, the pre-stretching quantity and pre-stretching moment are determined, and the supporting structure of pre-stretching ball screw is designed. Finally, the temperature rise and positioning error are measured, and the workpiece processing test is carried out, which proves that the pre-stretching method is feasible.
