Abstract: The finite element modeling of the body frame of a sightseeing car is carried out. The Hypermash is used to calculate and analyze the deformation and low-order modes of the body structure under the typical conditions of bending and torsion, and the body frame is obtained under bending and torsion conditions. The strain distribution and the frame mode shape provide a reference for the subsequent optimization design.
