基于内置传感器的数控机床多轴联动精度检测方法

Multi-axis linkage accuracy detection method of CNC machine tools based on built-in sensors

  • 摘要: 多轴联动精度是评价机床性能的核心指标,针对传统数控机床多轴联动精度检测存在的占机时间长、频次低、离线检测等问题,提出了一种基于内置传感器的数控机床精度快速检测方法。首先建立了机床的误差模型,然后基于数控机床伺服控制原理采集了机床运行S试件轨迹时各轴的插补器、编码器、光栅尺等位置数据,并将位置数据输入机床误差模型得到刀尖点轨迹误差,实现了机床多轴联动精度的检测,最后通过检测机床切削S试件的轮廓精度,验证了方法的有效性,为机床多轴联动精度快速检测提供了重要途经。

     

    Abstract: Multi-axis linkage accuracy is the core index to evaluate the performance of machine tools. This paper proposes a fast detection method for the accuracy of CNC machine tools based on built-in sensors, aiming at solving the problems of long occupancy time, low frequency, offline detection in traditional CNC machine tool multi-axis linkage accuracy detection methods. Firstly, the error model of the machine tool is established, and then the position data such as the interpolator, encoder, and grating ruler of each axis are collected based on the CNC machine tool servo control principle, and the position data is input into the error model to obtain the tool center point value, such that the multi-axis linkage accuracy of the machine tool can be obtained. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by detecting the contour accuracy an S test piece which is machined by the machine tool. The proposed method can provide an important way for rapid detection of multi-axis linkage accuracy of the machine tool.
