基于FMECA与FTA的数控磨床冷却系统可靠性分析

Reliability analysis of cooling system of CNC grinder based on FMECA and FTA

  • 摘要: 冷却系统是数控磨床的关键子系统,其可靠性高低对数控磨床的加工质量和效率有重要影响。以北京第二机床厂生产的某系列数控磨床为研究对象,对冷却系统进行可靠性分析。首先对采集到的故障数据进行FMECA分析,算出冷却系统对数控磨床的危害度。再对冷却系统进行FTA分析,求解出最小割集,找到故障发生的原因。为提高数控磨床的可靠性,针对故障原因,提出了相应的解决方案,并运用到了实际的改进设计中。

     

    Abstract: Cooling system is the key subsystem of CNC grinding machine. Its reliability has an important influence on the machining quality and efficiency of CNC grinding machine. Taking MKS series CNC grinder produced by Beier Machine Tool Works as the research object, the reliability of cooling system is analyzed. Firstly, the fault data collected were analyzed by FMECA, and the harm degree of cooling system to CNC grinding machine was calculated. Then the FTA analysis of the cooling system is carried out to find out the minimum cut set and the cause of the failure. In order to improve the reliability of CNC grinding machine, the corresponding solutions are put forward and applied to the actual improvement design.
