Abstract:
Taking the bed of machine tool as the research object, ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to carry out modal analysis on the 3d model under the anchor bolt fixation, and modal test was carried out on the bed after the product trial production. By comparing the deviation between the experimental mode and the simulation mode, and taking the natural frequency of the simulation-test mode and the deviation of the mode mode as the target, the dynamic model was modified with the equivalent spring stiffness of the anchor bolt as the correction parameter. The results show that the bed spring constraint model reflects that the spring stiffness affects the dynamic characteristics of the bed, ,the modified simulation model can better predict the dynamic performance of the bed and the foundation bolt connection, which can provide a theoretical basis for the digital design and manufacturing of high-performance machine tools.
