串联机构质量配置方法研究

Research on mass allocation method of serial mechanism

  • 摘要: 为实现串联机械结构质量的优化配置,以三自由度系统为例开展串联机构质量分配方法研究。首先,建立了系统动力学模型,在保持刚度条件不变的情况下,考察不同质量分配结果对系统首阶固有频率的影响。然后,以此系统为研究对象,基于敏感性分析和直线拟合方法,开展系统质量块质量对系统动刚度和末端执行器运动精度的影响规律研究。最后,在此基础上,分别提出基于系统总质量上限和系统首阶固有频率下限的两种质量优化配置方法。结果显示,系统质量块质量与系统动态特性紧密相关,系统总质量比与系统动刚度成正比关系,该比值可用于串联机构设计初始阶段的质量分配和设计后期的轻量化,亦可作为串联机构结构件质量分配合理性和动态特性的评价指标。

     

    Abstract: In order to optimally allot the component mass of serial mechanism, a mass allot method is proposed based on the 3-DOF system. Firstly, in the case of the stiffness of the system is invariant, a dynamic model is constructed to research on the influence of different mass distribution on the first order natural frequency. The influence rules of the block mass on the dynamic stiffness and the kinematic accuracy of end effector are then analyzed by sensitivity analysis and line fitting. Following, two type of mass optimally allot methods based on total mass upper limit of the system and the first order natural frequency lower limit of the system are presented. The results show that the mass of block closely related to the dynamic characteristics of the system, and the total mass of the system than the dynamic stiffness of the system proportional relationship. The mass ratio not only can be used the mass allot for the initial design stage of the serial mechanism and the lightweight for mechanism design later period, also as evaluation index of the serial mechanism mass distribution rationality and the dynamic characteristic.
