Abstract: When the nonstandard modules cylindrical spur gear of the imported lathe breaks down, the structural parameters of the gear are converted and calculated in a standardized way to generate a gear structure that conforms to the Chinese standard modules series, and the material of the gear is also replaced on localization. Based on the existing machining conditions in China, a new gear is realized and the equipment is repaired.
