Abstract:
In order to solve the technical problem of machining of multiple trapezoidal thread with large lead angle, several machining methods were analyzed and compared. By Optimizing the machining methods and using the special auxiliary tool designed for this purpose, completed the machining of multiple trapezoidal thread with large lead angle. The coordination and function test of internal and external threads machined by the same method have verified that the machined multiple trapezoidal thread with large lead angle can meet the design requirements.
