基于增材制造的油路块孔系设计及流态分析

Hole series design and flow state analysis of manifold block based on additional material manufacturing

  • 摘要: 增材制造技术以其独有的优势克服了传统油路块加工方法的局限,为油路块的加工提供了一种全新的解决思路。分别建立了传统工艺孔道、斜孔道与样条曲线的孔道结构,并利用fluent流体分析软件对三种内部孔道结构下的流体压力分布、速度分布与湍流能进行了仿真,结果表明:采用斜孔与样条曲线孔道结构的液体流动的压力分布、流速变化、湍流能均优于传统工艺孔道,且采用样条曲线的孔道结构湍流能均小于传统工艺孔道与斜孔道,相对流动性能较好。

     

    Abstract: Additional material manufacturing technology overcomes the limitations of traditional manifold block processing methods with its unique advantages, and provides a new solution for manifold block processing. In this paper, the channel structures of traditional technology, oblique channel and spline curve are established, and the fluid pressure distribution, velocity distribution and turbulent energy of three internal channel structures are simulated by fluent fluid analysis software. The results show that the pressure distribution of liquid flow in oblique channel and spline curve channel structures is the same. The turbulence energy of the channel structure with spline curve is less than that of the traditional process channel and oblique channel, and the relative fluidity performance is better.
