基于FANUC FOCAS的大型精密工件在线测量与监控系统设计

Design of online measurement and monitoring system of large precision workpiece based on FANUC FOCAS

  • 摘要: 针对大中型精密工件在自动线加工过程中,存在对位搬运困难,加工精度要求高,出现加工缺陷时修复困难、损失大等问题,利用Renishaw的OMP60测头和对刀仪,结合FANUC的FOCAS软件库,通过C#编写机床实时采集和监控软件,配合数控系统G代码和宏指令,构建一套在线位置找正、尺寸测量和刀具监控系统,实现工件的对位位置的自动找正和刀具破损的在线监控,保证了工件的加工质量,满足了自动线上大中型精密工件的自动加工需求。

     

    Abstract: In the process of large and medium-sized precision workpiece machining on the automatic production line, there are difficulties in position handling, high machining accuracy requirements, difficulties in repairing machining defects, and large losses and other problems. Using Renishaw's OMP60 probe and tool setting instrument, combined with FANUC FOCAS software library, real-time acquisition and monitoring software of machine tool is compiled by C#, and a set of on-line position alignment, dimension measurement and tool monitoring system is constructed with NC system G program and macro instruction. It realizes automatic positioning of workpiece and online monitoring of tool breakage, guarantees the machining quality of workpiece and meets the continuous production demand of large precision workpiece on automatic line.
