汽车刹车盘孔组位置度的组合检测

Combined detection of position of automobile brake disc hole group

  • 摘要: 刹车盘孔组位置度是重要的检测项目。由于涉及多个被测要素,所要求测量特征的分布位置及复杂程度也不相同,因此难以采用同一种方案实现对上述所有特征的测量。首先阐述了检测标准的制定依据,并针对刹车盘孔组所需要测量的每一种特征,设计了CCD图像处理系统和接触式位移传感器相组合的测量方案,并对设备结构进行了说明。

     

    Abstract: The position of brake disc hole group is an important test item. It is difficult to use the same scheme to measure all the above features because of the different distribution positions and complexity of the required measurement features involved in multiple elements. First describes the basis for the establishment of the test standard, and in view of the brake disc hole group needs to measure each kind of characteristics, the design of CCD image processing system and contact displacement sensor measurement scheme, and the equipment structure is described.
