Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of multiple workpiece types, small batches, large process flexibility, and whether the machine tool needs to be adjusted, a production scheduling model with the total energy consumption of the machine tool and the completion time of the workpiece as the optimization goals was developed. An improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model quickly and accurately. The Matlab software platform is used to simulate actual cases and calculates data of the new and old models. The results show that the established model is effective and practical, and can more effectively guide the actual production.
