基于高效加工的大扭矩双摆角铣头设计研究

High torque bi-rotary milling head design research based on high-efficiency machining

  • 摘要: 根据五轴数控加工中心对于钛合金高效加工工艺需求,结合加工特点和使用条件,合理确定大扭矩双摆角铣头的各项技术指标,在此基础上,完成核心部件铣头的整体结构设计。设计过程中利用有限元软件,进行相关的结构优化和分析计算,为大扭矩双摆角铣头的设计、改进和制造提供理论依据和参考,满足高效、高精及高稳定性铣头部件的应用需求。

     

    Abstract: According to the machining technology of the five-axis machining center on titanium alloy materials, associating with the characteristics of machining and the applying condition, confirming the technical parameters of the high torque bi-rotary structure, accomplishing the design of the milling head entirely. Basing on FEM optimization and analysis calculation, providing theoretical basis and references to the high torque bi-rotary milling head on designing, amelioration and manufacturing, satisfying the requirements of the milling head with high efficiency, high precision and high stability.
