大直径薄壁框类零件的五轴联动加工工艺优化

Optimization of five-axis machining processing of large-diameter frame parts with thin-wall

  • 摘要: 对该类零件加工流程和数控加工方法进行了梳理和分析, 提出了五轴联动分层错位交替铣削加工方法代替当前的T型刀三轴联动底齿层铣的方法。合并优化加工工序和五轴联动程序, 将半精加工与精加工工序合并, 减少装夹次数, 消除重复装夹带来的基准不重合误差。加工试验结果表明, 优化后的加工方法能够显著提高加工效率, 同时也能保证零件的加工精度, 满足设计图样要求。

     

    Abstract: In this study, the processing flow and NC processing methods are sorted out and analyzed. The five-axis milling with dislocation and alternation of each lay is put forward to replace the layer milling of T-cutting with three-axis machining. After optimizing the processing flow, the semi-finish processing is merged with the finish processing which can reduce the clamping times and avoid the non-superposition error of benchmark. The experiment result shows that the optimized processing can improve the efficiency significantly and ensure the accuracy of the parts, which meets the requirements of design drawing.
