TC4钛合金支座精密铣削工艺研究

Titanium alloy TC4 support precision machining process study

  • 摘要: 某支座类零件采用钛合金锻件整体机械加工, 由于产品采用难加工材料, 同时结构复杂、材料去除率高, 加工中存在装夹困难、变形大等问题。通过制定合理的铣削加工工艺方案, 实现了钛合金支座的可靠装夹, 保证了零件的高精度要求。

     

    Abstract: A certain type of support part is made by forging of TC4 titanium alloy with integral steel plate.Because the material of the part is difficult to machine, the structure is complex, the material removal rates is high, there are such problems like clamping difficulty, machining deformation.By making a reasonable lathing process, the support part achieves reliable clamping, then ensure the hign accuracy requirements.
