基于胶结粘连装夹的数控铣削加工方法

NC milling processing method based on cemented adhesive clamping

  • 摘要: 针对薄壁、弱刚性零件加工中, 因装夹应力变形而造成的加工质量问题, 提出了一种基于胶结粘连装夹的数控铣削加工方法。以此方法为核心, 组建切削力及夹具固定力数据库, 进行实时分析及加工预判, 实现了其加工技术状态的有效控制。通过航天型号典型零件应用案例示范, 针对其方法有效性进行了印证。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the processing quality problems caused by clamping stress and deformation in the processing of thin-walled and weakly rigid parts, a NC milling processing method based on cemented adhesive clamping is proposed.With this method as the core, cutting forces and fixtures are set up The fixed force database performs real-time analysis and processing pre-judgment to achieve effective control of its processing technology status.Through the application case demonstration of typical parts of aerospace models, the effectiveness of its method is verified.
