Abstract: The article has introduced the way of random fault analysis based on fault tree, briefly described the character of random fault of CNC machine tool, scope two typical electrical and mechanical maintenance examples which fault tree analysis is applied, qualitatively analyze probability of every factor and find the root cause. At last eliminate the faults in order to ensure equality of high-valued product.
