面向数字化装配的制孔工艺设计技术研究

Research on hole-making process design technology for digital assembly

  • 摘要: 研究了数模解析、制孔作业规划、作业仿真等数字化装配制孔工艺设计的关键技术, 提出了面向数字化装配的制孔工艺设计模式; 基于CATIA开发了相应的软件平台, 解决了数模解析效率低、规范性差, 不同离线编程系统数据源不统一的问题; 通过优化制孔仿真过程, 将静态仿真与动态仿真相结合、理论仿真与实测仿真相结合, 解决了仿真效率低、指导性弱等问题, 大幅提高了数字化装配制孔工艺设计的效率和质量。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the key technologies of digital assembly hole-making process plan, such as mathematical model analysis, hole-making operation planning, and operation simulation.proposing a hole-making process design model for digitial assesmbly.Based on CATIA, a corresponding software platform is developed to solve the problem of low analysis efficiency, poor standardization, and inconsistent data sources for different offline programming systems; through optimization of the pore simulation process, the combination of static simulation and dynamic simulation, theoretical simulation and measured simulation, solved the low simulation efficiency and guidance weakness and other issues have greatly improved the efficiency and quality of digital assembly hole-making process plan.
