Abstract:
The flow stress of materials can characterize the plastic rheological behavior of metal structure, and realize the quantitative study of the processing properties of deformed materials.Accurate prediction of material flow stress in high temperature deformation is of great significance for process optimization.Due to the complex characterization of light alloy high temperature deformation processes, it has been a difficult problem to establish a model that can accurately predict the high temperature deformation flow stress. In this paper, phenomenological, mechanism and neural network models are reviewed from macro and micro perspectives, including several typical flow stress models and their improved models, such as JC, Arrihenius, LJ and BP-ANN.The advantages and disadvantages of flow stress models for light alloys during high temperature deformation are summarized, and the development trend is prospected.
