电主轴振动故障诊断与治愈研究进展

Research progress on vibration fault diagnosis and cure of motorized spindle

  • 摘要: 电主轴是主轴与电机一体化的新型主轴, 是高速机床的首选主轴。加工过程中电主轴振动故障时有发生, 影响回转精度、使用寿命和工件质量。综述了近年来机床电主轴振动故障诊断与治愈即振动控制的研究进展。电主轴振动故障诊断主要采用信号处理和机器学习两个思路, 前者以振动信号频谱和时频分析为核心, 后者以故障数据集降维、分类和聚类分析为重点。故障治愈是故障诊断目标, 主要有转子主动平衡、轴承和电机主动调控3个手段。电主轴故障诊断还缺乏神经网络、深度学习和趋势预测等方面研究, 故障治愈技术的实用化程度尚不高, 智能电主轴的研发仍需持续努力。

     

    Abstract: Motorized spindle (MS) is a new type of spindle integrated with motor, and is the first choice of high-speed machine tool spindle. In the process of machining, vibration fault of MS often occurs, which affects the rotary precision, service life and workpiece quality. In this paper, research progress of vibration fault diagnosis and cure namely vibration control of machine tool MS in recent years is reviewed. Vibration fault diagnosis of MS mainly adopts two ideas: signal processing and machine learning. The former focuses on frequency spectrum and time-frequency analysis of vibration signal, and the latter focuses on dimension reduction, classification and clustering analysis of fault data set. Fault cure is the target of fault diagnosis, which includes active balancing of rotor and active adjusting and controlling of bearing and motor. Research on fault diagnosis of MS is still lack of neural network, deep learning and trend prediction, and application degree of fault cure technology is not high, which still needs the continuous effort to develop intelligent MS.
