Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of modular design of small batch customization products, such as unreasonable module configurations and low module repetition and high similarity of some modules, a module serialization design method for small batch customization is proposed. Taking the mesa module of inertia test turntable as an example, the main parameters and related definitions of the module are studied, the initial selection of modules is carried out based on the reuse analysis of modules, optimize the priority series module with the aim of optimizing customer satisfaction, Choosing 9 modules (37% of the total) as preferred series modules can be compatible with the original 24 modules with a weighted diameter difference of less than 0.1. The results show that the modular serialization design can effectively solve the existing problems in the modular design of small batch customization products.
