Abstract:
During the fused deposition modeling(FDM) 3D printer fusing the filament, part of the semi-fused and poor-fluidity supplies appear in the nozzle, which effects the 3D printout, and even results in the nozzle blocked. For this problem, the high-efficiency temperature rise, simple structure and low-cost cooling device of 3D printer nozzle is proposed in this paper. In this paper, after the thermodynamics simulation of the original nozzle from ansys, the improved nozzle is proposed with the better temperature field distribution. Compared with two existing structure, the temperature rise test, positive space performance test, printer precision test and cost analysis is conducted. The results show that, the nozzle performance of the proposal is improved, and the cost is lower with guaranteeing the positive space performance and printer precision.
