基于参数化语言的3D打印构件机械性能数值模拟

Mechanical properties numerical simulation of 3D printing components based on parametric language

  • 摘要: 采用参数化语言的方法对3D打印成型过程中的温度场和热应力耦合场进行了分析,其中温度场的分析采用了单元生死法。分析结果表明:单元生死法可以有效解决3D打印增材制造技术的分析难题;3D打印技术会导致打印构件发生翘曲变形现象,必须通过合理优化打印参数提高打印质量。

     

    Abstract: As a new technology with huge market potential, 3D printing technology can integrally manufacture product with complex shape and internal fine structure to shorten production cycle and lower the cost of production. In this paper, the temperature field and thermal-stress coupling field in the process of 3D printing are analyzed by the method of parametric language, and the element birth death method is used to analyze the temperature field. The analysis results show that the element birth death method can effectively solve the analysis problem of 3D material increase manufacturing. As 3D printing technology will cause warpage and deformation of printing components, optimization of printing parameters must be adopted to increase printing quality.
