Abstract:
As a new technology with huge market potential, 3D printing technology can integrally manufacture product with complex shape and internal fine structure to shorten production cycle and lower the cost of production. In this paper, the temperature field and thermal-stress coupling field in the process of 3D printing are analyzed by the method of parametric language, and the element birth death method is used to analyze the temperature field. The analysis results show that the element birth death method can effectively solve the analysis problem of 3D material increase manufacturing. As 3D printing technology will cause warpage and deformation of printing components, optimization of printing parameters must be adopted to increase printing quality.
