The traveling balance beam of large crane has a very high precision requirement for its super-large size and axis parallelism. The traditional processing method needs to rely on a larger travel CNC boring machine. The processing cost is high and the processing equipment resources are scarce and difficult to find. The processing of large balance beam machine has always been a difficult problem. This paper provides a set of perfect processing and testing process, which effectively solves the problem of walking balance beam processing. It is the first one in China and even in the world, and fills in the gaps in this technical field.
