一种基于激光干涉仪的大型龙门机床平动轴垂直度误差检测方法

A laser interferometer based linear axes squareness error identification method for large gantry machine tools

  • 摘要: 针对大型龙门机床平动轴垂直度误差检测的难题,构建了垂直度误差动态表达与龙门机床空间定位误差的映射关系,提出了一种基于激光干涉仪的平动轴垂直度误差检测方法,与大理石方尺垂直度误差检测方法进行了比较。结果表明,基于激光干涉仪的垂直度误差检测方法可以更准确地检测出平动轴垂直度误差,并弥补了大理石方尺测量范围有限及测量过程扰动因素大等不足,为大型龙门机床平动轴精度调整及误差补偿提供了重要指导。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the difficult issue about squareness error identification for linear axes in large gantry machine tools, the mapping relationship between the dynamic expressions of squareness errors and the volumetric positioning error of machine tool is built. Then, a laser interferometer based linear axes squareness error identification method is proposed. Experiments are conducted to compare the effect of the proposed method with the tradition measurement method by using marble square. Results show that the proposed method can obtain the squareness error more accurately and also can avoid the deficiencies, such as limitation of measurement range and easy to be influenced by operator during the measuring process. The proposed squareness error identification method can provide important directions for the accuracy adjustment and error compensation of linear axes in large gantry machine tools.
