  • 摘要: 自动化生产系统的可靠性水平由设备的可靠性水平以及各种关键影响因素决定。目前对生产系统的可靠性分配通常对子系统设备层级进行划分,缺少对影响因素及子系统成本因素的评估。因此生产系统的可靠性分配需要对组成系统的构成进行划分,考虑各影响因素,通过合理的可靠性分配方法将生产系统可靠性分配指标层层分配到生产设备上,为企业合理规划生产线系统各个设备的布局提供有参考价值的意见与建议。
