固着磨料研磨抛物面的建模与实验研究

Modeling and experimental study on the lapping paraboloid of fixed abrasive

  • 摘要: 针对抛物面零件的加工难题,采用固着磨料来研磨抛物面零件是一种新方法。根据抛物面受力下的力学分析,总结出了抛物面研磨时的受力状态以及相对研磨速度的变化,基于Preston方程总结出的磨具保形磨损理论,推导出磨具上丸片的分布规律。根据算例设计出了满足要求的磨具系统,磨具的研磨实验表明,面型最大误差为0.085 7 mm,面型精度能满足大部分零件的精度要求。

     

    Abstract: It is a new method to lap the paraboloid parts with fixed abrasive. According to the mechanical analysis of paraboloid under stress, the stress state of paraboloid lapping and the change of relative lapping speed were summarized, and the distribution law of the pellets on the lapping disc was deduced based on the theory of conformal wear of lapping tools summarized by Preston equation. According to the calculation example, the lapping system is designed to meet the requirements. The lapping experiment shows that the maximum error of the surface shape is 0.085 7 mm, and the precision of the surface shape can meet the precision requirements of most parts.
