辊筒表面微沟槽超精密加工精度影响因素的研究

An investigation on the factors affecting the machining precision of micro grooves on roller in ultra-precision machining

  • 摘要: 研究了采用仿形法加工辊筒模具上微沟槽时,影响超精密加工精度的因素,分析了主轴转速和切削深度对辊筒模具上微沟槽表面粗糙度和形状精度的影响,探索了最优加工参数,并利用最优参数成功实现辊筒表面上正弦微沟槽的加工。因此,该成果可为实际加工提供指导,并达到避免重复性加工、节约加工时间和提高加工效率的目的。

     

    Abstract: The factors affecting the ultra-precision machining accuracy of micro-grooves on roller dies are studied, and the effects of spindle speed and depth of cut on the surface roughness and form errors of micro-grooves on roller dies are analyzed. The optimal machining parameters are achieved to produce the curved micro grooves on roller. The research results provide a guide for the actual manufacturing process to avoid repetitive processing so as to achieve the goal of saving time and improving processing efficiency.
