Abstract:
The factors affecting the ultra-precision machining accuracy of micro-grooves on roller dies are studied, and the effects of spindle speed and depth of cut on the surface roughness and form errors of micro-grooves on roller dies are analyzed. The optimal machining parameters are achieved to produce the curved micro grooves on roller. The research results provide a guide for the actual manufacturing process to avoid repetitive processing so as to achieve the goal of saving time and improving processing efficiency.
