基于数字化测量的飞机扩口导管闭环制造方法

Closed-loop fabrication technique for flared tube in aircraft based on digital measurement

  • 摘要: 扩口连接形式是当前航空飞行器最为广泛的连接形式,其制造精度直接影响飞机管路的密封性能。针对传统飞机扩口导管生产过程中大量依赖于专用工装和人工操作,引起的精度差、表面缺陷、生产效率低等问题,将数字化测量技术融入导管切割、扩口这两大主要工序,通过数据采集和反馈,形成制造过程的闭环,从而优化了扩口导管的制造精度。首先介绍了飞机导管闭环制造的总体架构,然后分别针对导管余量切割和导管扩口两道主要工序的闭环制造进行分析,给出主要的计算模型和系统组成。最后,以某飞机导管为例,验证了本文方法和计算模型的正确性和实用性。

     

    Abstract: Flaring connection is the most widely used type of connection for aircraft at present, and its manufacturing accuracy directly affects the sealing performance of aircraft pipeline. Aiming at the problems of poor precision, surface defects and low production efficiency caused by the heavy reliance on special tooling and manual operation in the production process of the traditional aircraft flared duct, in this paper, the digital measurement technology is integrated into the two main processes of pipe cutting and expanding, and the closed loop of manufacturing process is formed by data acquisition and feedback, thus the manufacturing precision of expanding pipe is optimized. This paper first introduces the overall structure of aircraft duct closed-loop fabrication, and then analyzes the closed-loop control of two main processes of duct allowance cutting and duct expanding, and gives the main calculation model and system composition. Finally, an aircraft duct is taken as an example to verify the correctness and practicability of the method and the calculation model.
