Effect of turning parameters on surface roughness of A100 steel

  • 摘要: 为研究车削参数对A100钢表面粗糙度的影响规律,采用硬质合金刀具对A100钢进行了正交车削试验,分析了各车削参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律及显著程度,并构建了表面粗糙度的多元线性回归模型。结果表明:表面粗糙度随进给量和切削深度的增大而增大,随主轴转速的增大而减小。其车削参数对表面粗糙度的影响主次顺序为:fapn,并通过回归模型显著性分析验证了回归模型的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of turning parameters on the surface roughness of A100 steel, the orthogonal turning test of A100 steel was carried out with cemented carbide tools. The influence rule and significance degree of turning parameters on the surface roughness were analyzed, and a multivariate linear regression model of the surface roughness was established. The results show that the surface roughness increases with the increase of feed rate and cutting depth, and decreases with the increase of spindle speed. The primary and secondary order of the influence of turning parameters on the surface roughness is f > ap > n, and the accuracy of the regression model is verified by the significance analysis of the regression model.
