基于NB-IoT的机床物联网系统设计

System design of NB-IoT based machine tool internet of things

  • 摘要: 随着数控技术和无线通信技术的飞速发展, 两者广泛应用于工业生产中的各个方面。针对数控机床中状态、统计、诊断等小数据采集传输过程中, 为解决现有无线技术的传输距离、信号强度、成本等问题, 将NB-IoT技术支持海量连接、广覆盖、低成本的特性应用于机床联网系统。测试结果表明该系统可稳定传输所采集的数据。通过基于NB-IoT的机床物联网系统设计, 为机床提供了经济高效联网方案。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of numerical control technology and wireless communication technology, both are widely used in various aspects of industrial production. Aiming at the state, statistics, diagnosis and other small data acquisition and transmission process in CNC machine tools, in order to solve the problems of transmission distance, signal strength and cost of existing wireless technology, NB-IoT technology supports mass connectivity, wide coverage, and low cost to apply to machine tool networking systems.The test results show that the system can transmit the collected data stably.NB-IoT based machine tool internet of things system design provides economic and efficient networking scheme for machine tools.
