摘要: 针对轴承圈加工智能加工单元, 基于智能制造的基本要求, 从轴承圈的制造工艺出发, 从CNC机床选择、机器人上下料、自动物流仓储及智能检测等4个方面描述轴承的智能生产控制系统的设计调试过程, 最终实现无人生产。Abstract: Based on the basic requirements of intelligent manufacturing, starting from the manufacturing process of bearing ring, this paper describes the design and commissioning process of intelligent production control system of bearing from four aspects of CNC machine tool selection, robot loading and unloading, automatic logistics storage, intelligent detection, etc., and finally realizes unmanned production.
