Abstract: To realize the seal of glove box and improve the efficiency of gas replacement, a kind of special glove box and its atmosphere automatic control method were proposed. Firstly, the function and geometry structure of the glove box were confirmed, and the seal and relative movement with glove box was realized by the use of special sealing element and sliding element. Then, through the use of the control system and the electronic control elements which were set at the air inlet and air outlet of the glove box, the automatic replacement of the gas and the automatic maintain of gas pressure were realized, and the efficiency of atmosphere control was improved.
