弱刚性类零件高精度柔性支撑方法

High precision flexible support method for weak rigid parts

  • 摘要: 针对弱刚性类零件自身变形严重影响其形状检测准确性问题, 提出一种多点主动柔性支撑方法, 消除重力变形的影响。首先根据弱刚性类零件大小及本身形状确定支撑位置和数目, 然后设计精密螺旋自锁位移机构, 最后结合压力反馈实现支撑位置高精度定位运动, 消除重力变形的影响。该方法为各类弱刚性类零件提供一种有效支撑方法。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the deformation of weak rigid parts with affects the accuracy of shape detection, this paper proposes a multi-point active flexible support method to eliminate the influence of gravity deformation. First, the flexible support method determines the support position and number according to the size and shape of the weak rigid parts, then designs the precise screw self-locking displacement mechanism, and finally realizes the high-precision positioning movement of the support position combined with the pressure feedback to eliminate the influence of the gravity deformation. This method provides an effective support method for all kinds of weak rigid parts.
