行星式球磨加工钨杆的工艺实验研究

Experimental study on the technology of planetary ball milling for tungsten rods

  • 摘要: 研究行星式球磨加工中不同工艺参数对钨杆倒角和表面质量的影响。实验选用ϕ0.8 mm×8 mm的钨杆为研究对象, 利用数显显微镜检查钨杆倒角和表面质量, 并用灯芯漏气检测法进行验证。通过正交实验以及数据分析, 研究滚筒转速、球磨时间、球磨配比、球磨石大小四种加工参数及其交互作用对钨杆质量的影响。结果表明滚筒转速、球磨时间对钨杆质量影响显著。实验同时证明, 行星式球磨适合硬质钨杆的倒角和表面质量的改善, 并且提高了生产效率, 取得了非常好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The effects of different process parameters on the chamfering and surface quality of tungsten rods in planetary ball milling were studied. The experiment selected ϕ0.8 mm×8 mm tungsten rod as the research object, and used the digital microscope to check the chamfering and surface quality of the tungsten rod, and verified it with the wick leak detection method. Through orthogonal experiment and data analysis, the effects of four processing parameters such as drum rotation speed, ball milling time, ball milling ratio and ball-milling stone size and their interaction on the quality of tungsten rod were studied. The results show that the drum speed and ball milling time have a significant effect on the quality of the tungsten rod. The experiment also proves that the planetary ball mill is suitable for the improvement of chamfering and surface quality of hard tungsten rods, and improves the production efficiency, and has achieved very good economic benefits.
