传动箱箱体模态分析及结构优化

  • 摘要: 对一款传动齿轮箱模态进行分析, 提取了前六阶模态的固有频率和振型, 对各阶次模态对传动箱性能的影响进行分析。第1阶固有频率与传动箱端部齿轮传动组件所产生的激振频率非常接近, 易引发振动。通过对传动箱载荷流进行分析, 对内部筋板位置进行优化设计, 使1阶固有频率大幅提升, 振幅减小, 提高了传动箱的动刚度。

     

    Abstract: The natural frequencies and modes of the first six modes are extracted from the modal analysis of a transmission gearbox, and the influence of each mode on the performance of the transmission box is analyzed. The first natural frequency is very close to the excitation frequency produced by the gear transmission components at the end of the transmission box, which is easy to cause vibration. Through the analysis of the load flow of the transmission box, the position of the internal ribs is optimized, so that the first natural frequency is greatly increased, the amplitude is reduced, and the dynamic stiffness of the transmission box is improved.
