预置螺纹定值扭矩的确定方法

  • 摘要: 定值扭矩法是目前工业中采用普通螺纹连接应用最广泛的方法之一, 准确的扭矩值是保证连接有效不可或缺的要素, 也是生产作业的依据。基于被连接工件上螺纹的预置方式, 将其划分为无螺纹、自置内螺纹、内置内螺纹、外置内螺纹和外置外螺纹5种模型; 经分析5种连接机体模型的破坏形式, 反向推导扭矩值的考量因素, 将不同形式下的因素分为6个阶段确定, 通过计算破坏扭矩、确定取值对象和验证扭矩的可靠性, 从而得出连接体的执行扭矩。同时说明螺纹连接体在安全载荷下, 扭矩值越大, 材料利用率越高, 螺纹连接的可靠性越高, 同时扭矩取值必须保护连接体的许用扭矩最下者不被破坏。

     

    Abstract: The constant torque method is one of the most widely used methods in the industry at present. The accurate torque value is an indispensable element to ensure the effective connection, and it is also the basis of production operation. Based on the preset mode of the thread on the connected workpiece, this paper divides it into five models: no thread, self set internal thread, built-in internal thread, external internal thread and external external external thread. After analyzing the failure modes of five connecting body models, the factors of torque value are deduced in reverse direction. The factors in different forms are divided into six stages to determine. By calculating the failure torque, determining the value object and verifying the reliability of the torque, the execution torque of the connecting body is obtained. At the same time, it shows that under the safe load, the larger the torque value is, the higher the material utilization rate is, the higher the reliability of the threaded connection is, and the value of the torque must protect the lowest allowable torque of the connector from being damaged.
