高速主轴箱轴承孔系同轴度改善方法研究

  • 摘要: 数控卧式铣镗床高速主轴箱轴承安装孔的同轴度要求较高,常规的加工方法很难保证精度。针对某公司开发的新型高速主轴箱,分别从装配和加工两方面给出了改善方案,最终确定辅助支撑加工法为最优方案,提供了具体操作方法,并对此方法进行了广泛应用,加工合格率得到大幅提升。

     

    Abstract: NC horizontal milling and boring machine high-speed spindle box bearing mounting holes require higher coaxial degree, conventional machining methods are difficult to ensure accuracy. For a new type of high-speed spindle box developed by a company, an improvement plan is given from two aspects: assembly and processing, and finally the auxiliary support processing method is determined to be the optimal plan, and the specific operation method is provided, and the method is widely used. The processing pass rate has been greatly improved.
