Abstract: Rigid tapping function is one of the most widely function used in high grade machine tools, but in the using process often can encounter some questions.In order to avoid the machine tool adverse impact in the process of processing, eliminate the alarm in the process of spindle tapping, for guest and debugging staff feedback problems of the spindle rigid tapping alarm and tap broken etc. This paper describes the method of optimization for spindle rigid tapping detailedly.
