FDM工艺参数对拉丝现象的影响

Effect of FDM process parameters on drawing phenomenon

  • 摘要: 采用正交实验设计方法研究了回抽距离、回抽速度、回抽后再补偿长度和打印温度对试样间拉丝现象与制品表面粗糙度的影响,对测量结果进行直观分析,评估制品表面粗糙度受工艺参数的影响程度,得到了最优工艺参数组合,并利用变异数分析法进一步进行显著性检验。结果表明,各工艺参数对制品表面质量影响程度为:回抽后再挤出补偿长度>打印温度>回抽距离>回抽速度,且回抽距离对拉丝现象影响程度最大,最优工艺参数组合为回抽速度50 mm/s,回抽距离6 mm,回抽后再挤出补偿长度-0.5 mm,打印温度185 ℃。

     

    Abstract: The effects of retraction speed, retraction distance, extra restart distance and extruder temperature on drawing phenomenon and surface roughness of products was studied by orthogonal experimental design method. The influence level of process parameters on the surface roughness of samples is evaluated by analyzing range of the measured results, and obtain the optimal combination of process parameters. The significance test is further carried out by ANOVA. The results show that the influence degree of various process parameters on the surface roughness is in the order of size as follows: extra restart distance, extruder temperature, retraction distance, retraction speed, and the retraction distance has the strongest influence on drawing phenomenon. The optimal combination of process parameters as follows: retraction speed 50 mm/s, retraction distance 6 mm, extra restart distance -0.5 mm and extruder temperature 185 ℃.
