基于“等功”原理轨道导向面结构设计及摩擦力性能分析

Structural design and friction performance analysis of based on "equal work" principle of track guiding surface

  • 摘要: 为了实现系统稳定性,结合滚柱直线导轨副工作及滚柱进入承载区形变原理,建立了一种基于“等功”原理的导向面计算模型,利用数值分析技术推导出导向面的参数方程,通过试验的方法验证基于“等功”原理的轨道导向面摩擦力及噪声的改善效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve the stability of the system, a guide surface calculation model based on the principle of "equal work" was established based on the principle of the pair of roller linear guides and the deformation of the roller entering the bearing area. The numerical equations were used to derive the parametric equation of the guide surface. The experimental method is used to verify the improvement of the friction and noise of the track guide surface based on the "equal work" principle.
