Abstract: After the engine cylinder head is finished, some positions will be burred. The burrs in these positions need to be manually removed during visual inspection, which leads to increased working hours and higher production costs. Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes of this problem and Proposed practical improvement measures to eliminate processing burrs, reduce working hours and save costs, it has certain reference significance for solving the same problem of similar enterprises.
