Abstract: Based on the flexible processing unit of connecting rod parts, the main structure of flexible machining unit is studied, the software and hardware configuration of flexible machining unit is expounded, the communication mode of field intelligent equipment and the realization method of flexible production are introduced, and the key steps of flexible production are explained in detail, and the general implementation steps of flexible processing unit are also summarized.
