大规格薄壁衬筒的低应力压装工艺研究

Study of low stress pressing technology of large size thin wall sleeve

  • 摘要: 对飞机起落架缓冲器铝质外筒内孔压装超长薄壁衬筒工艺难点及关键技术进行了深入研究。在分析了压装工艺实施过程及工件结构性能后,提出了一种利用材料热胀冷缩性能对衬筒深冷、筒体加热的方法,研发制造专用自动压装设备进行快速、准确定位压装的先进制造工艺,突破关键技术瓶颈,确定可靠的实施方案,获取压装参数,研制出相应的工艺装备,实现了低应力或无应力防衬筒失稳变形压装,形成了稳定、高效的产品实现工艺,也为降低起落架缓冲器铝质外筒内孔磨损或损伤,提高起落架产品寿命和良好的维修性能提供了可靠的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: The technical difficulties and key technologies of large size thin wall sleeve's installation process in the hole of aluminum outer barrel of the aircraft landing gear shock absorber were deeply studied. After the analysis of the pressure equipment technology implementation process and the structure performance, put forward a way to use material heat bilges cold shrink performance by means of heating of cryogenic transform drum, barrel, a dedicated research and development and manufacture of automatic equipment for rapid and accurate positioning installation being connected in the advanced manufacturing technology, breakthrough the key technology bottlenecks, determined the implementation plan of reliable, got the pressure equipment parameters, developed the corresponding technology and equipment, has realized the low stress or no stress resistant liner buckling deformation being connected, formed a stable and efficient product realization process. It also provided a reliable solution for reducing the wear and tear of the inner hole of the aluminum outer cylinder of the landing gear buffer and improving the product life and good maintenance performance of the landing gear.
